Second Century Fund

Created by WMU to celebrate its 100-year anniversary in 1988, the Second Century Fund financially supports WMU women’s leadership development in the United States and internationally.

Eleanor Terry Endowment for Christian Women’s Leadership

The Eleanor Terry Endowment for Christian Women’s Leadership supports Christian Women’s Leadership Center (CWLC). Christian Women’s Leadership Center exists to engage Christian women in discovering and developing their leadership gifts and skills through holistic learning experiences so they may serve effectively as God calls them in life, the marketplace, and the church.


The Candy P. Phillips WMU Leadership Endowment identifies and supports emerging female leaders for future roles within WMU and its ministry partners at the church, associational, state, national, and/or international level.

Jessica Powell Loftis Endowment for acteens

The Loftis Endowment provides scholarships for Acteens® and National Acteens Panelists. Grants may also be used to provide training opportunities for Acteens leaders.

Dellanna West o'brien endowment

A grant from the O’Brien Endowment is given each year to the recipient of WMU’s Dellanna O'Brien Award for Women's Leadership Development to help further her ministry. 

June Whitlow Endowment for WMU Leadership Development

This endowment provides scholarships to women for WMU-sponsored leadership training and provides scholarships for interns who serve with the Christian Women's Leadership Center.
